  14. Prepare 1 inch Slice Fresh Grated Ginger [smashed & fine minced + a dash of pickled ginger juice]
  15. Get 1/4 tsp White Pepper & Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  16. Make ready ● For The Sides, Utensils & Garnishments
